To reach this beautiful waterfall, you\nmust hike for about 45 minutes to a 1-hour trek through the last vehicle stop. &nbsp;This hike is both challenging and adventurous,\nfollowing a steep narrow path through the dense forests and rocky terrain.&nbsp; As you hike, you will be surrounded by the\nsounds of birds chirping, rustling leaves, and the distant sound of the\nwaterfall. I recommend you climb\nthe opposite hilltop to fully enjoy the breathtaking view of Simba Falls. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The perfect\ntime to visit Simba Falls is during August and September as the weather is ideal\nfor a hike, the surroundings are full of greenery, and the waterfalls are at\ntheir fullest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Route:<\/strong>\u00a0Ring Road Satdobato \u2013 Chapagaun \u2013 Lele \u2013 Bhardev \u2013 Chaugharey \u2013 Gotikhel \u2013 Manikhel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tindhare_Waterfall\"><\/span><strong>Tindhare Waterfall<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Located at\nKaphal Danda in Roshi Rural Municipality, Kavrepalanchowk district\n(Around 73 Km away from Kathmandu),\nTindhare Jharana, also known as Bahubali Jharana. This waterfall gained massive\npopularity for its resemblance to the iconic waterfall from the Bollywood\nblockbuster Bahubali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.coldfeetadventure.com\/public\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Tindhare-Jharana-1-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1459\"\/><figcaption>Credit: SulavYatra.com<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Located\napproximately 67- 70 km from Kathmandu, Tindhare Jharana offers an adventure\njourney for the visitors. The trail to the waterfall is a bit slippery and well\nnot marked. Therefore you must ask for directions from the locals along the way\nif you don\u2019t want to get lost in the forest. If you are traveling in your\nprivate vehicle make sure your tank is full and the vehicle is in good\ncondition as the roads are quite off-road. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apart from enjoying the waterfall, you can explore the Namobuddha\nMonastery located at Dhulikhel on the way. It is located 70Km far from Kathmandu, it is\nbetter to plan a 2-day trip. The long waterfall provides a calm and captivating sense\nwith its slow, graceful water motion. Mohini Jharana is a hidden gem located just 45\nminutes from Markhu\u2019s Kulekhani boating area and is one of the best places to\nspend a day off or a weekend with family or friends. Well apart from\nthat you can visit or stay in Chitlang farmhouse for refreshment and experience\nold Newari art and architecture. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From Markhu, if you go from a boat, then you have to do a 20-minute\nof boat ride which costs around Rs.120 per person. Whereas if you take your\nbike it&#8217;s around 45 minutes ride. Well, I suggest you take your bike to\nexperience the beautiful landscape, farms, forests, and rivers.
